Accommodation & Pricing
Minimum stay is 2 nights but book more than 2 nights & receive a 20% discount on whole stay
Prices start at £159 per night for 2 people using the Master Bedroom with en suite and living/kitchen areas
Add £50 per person per night up to 8 people using additional two double/king bedrooms with en suites
(also a double sofa bed in Master or small adjoining room suitable for 2 small children)
There is a £60 cleaning fee per stay and £20 for pets (maximum of 2)

A Welcome Pack will be provided with tea, coffee, milk and a many other goodies!
There are some information leaflets about local events and Pubs/Restaurants.
Check-in: 3pm - 10pm & Check-Out: by 11am. There is a a minimum 2 consecutive nights stay and we allow one well behaved pet.(sometimes two on request)
No smoking is allowed inside the accomodation and no stag or hen parties please. Any other small gatherings are ok but no noise after midnight please.
Payment on booking by BACS transfer is preferred but other options can be considered. A full refund or exchange can be given if cancellation is made up to 5 days before the date of arrival.
